She ran as fast as her little legs would carry her, barely avoiding a slippery disaster on the rolling acorns underneath her feet.
"LOOK! It's a pencil sharpener! AND I got it because I earned enough book bucks!"
The excitement nearly overtook her. Really.

My children are as excited about the bonus prizes they get at school as they are for Christmas. It is always so fun to watch them explain their newest <$1 treasure.
