The Fort: the finished product.

You may remember the indoor sandbox that we put in our basement last fall....

Grandpa's new fort played right in with the sandbox.  Take a look.  It's complete with:
  1. A 4-foot raised "fort" with Plasma car parking underneath
  2. A climbing ladder
  3. A bench perfect for tea parties and picnics
  4. A steering wheel made just for pirates
  5. A fireman's pole for exiting
  6. A slide into the sand
  7. Monkey bars
  8. A trapeze bar
  9. Bucket and pulley
It's been a huge hit with our family and friends alike.  The kids have played on the fort practically everyday for two months now.  What kid wouldn't think this was just pure paradise?!

Wow, what a great place! You're so much fun! Also, I love the food storage shelves. Way to get organized!
