Ohhh yeah. I'm lovin' it. The feeling of unity in our own house on a Summer's Saturday morning is just divine. It's a leisurely pace that I love. On today's schedule: watching the Doctor teeter on the edge of our high roof all the while sweeping what the gutter guy missed on our house, filling up the pool for the munchkins to take a dip in, watering flowers, spraying weeds, getting ready to teach a lesson at church tomorrow, and a saunter outside to find a taste of sweet beauty. My mom told me they'd be ripe by Independence Day. And she was right.

Oh I hate when my husband has to get on the roof to clean the gutters. It makes me so darn nervous.
One of my fondest memories of childhood is picking blackberries at your house.
