The princess cake.

Though we had a pool party, we had to go through a bajillion cake ideas before we came to this one.  It was actually a dramatic decision that shouldn't have been dramatic.  But lo, she is a girl who loves drama.  The idea scheme went something like this: pool cake, swimmer cake complete with goggles and swim cap, pool cake, beach cake, castle cake, sand castle cake, flower cake, butterfly cake, purse cake, flower cake, pool cake, NO CAKE.  I had had enough of the mind changing!  And so, she settled on a princess cake.  Whew.
